Job Description

Plan, initiate and actively drive forward sales management within Estonian market. Grow its business & market share and secure long-term leadership at these customers by maintaining & expanding existing business, identifying new business opportunities and generating future business. Covering technical support for these customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Identify, approach and develop new customers in line with the company and branch strategies
  • Identify business opportunities and/or proactively technical propose to customers.  
  • Identify new projects and initiate and follow-up product qualification & design-in.
  • Forecast, monitor the sales results, report the business opportunities and achievements by product and by customer to the Head of Sales together with updated sales plans and strategies.
  • Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statues.
  • Maintaining, developing and building up professional relationships with customers, coordinate the business opportunities for NOARK brand in Estonia.
  • Maintaining and increasing of the cooperation with existing customers as well as working through the acquisition.
  • Leading the sales process from the initial contact with the customer through providing the customer with all necessary commercial (offers, tenders, other) and technical documentation.
  • Monitoring supply process and finally looking after on time payment effecting by the customer.
  • Establish positive business relationships with customers.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the respective area

Requirements

 

  • Secondary education in economics, technical, business administration or similar.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in technical sales business, ideally in electrotechnical field.

  • Analytic and strategic thinking covering a long-term horizon.
  • Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales and technical approach.
  • Positive, out-going and reliable person, who likes challenges and gaining new experience.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • English and Russian on communicative level – ability to understand and discuss work related matters, Estonian native.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, decision making, presentation, and organizational skills.
