Sales and Logistics Assistant

• Preparation of a package of documents to ensure international sales on different terms of the sale: FCA, FOB, etc. Including CMR, manifests

• Maintenance of registers, accounting tables of Wholesale Department

• Tracking the movement of goods from Suppliers to Buyers

• Control of timely payments from Buyers

• Registration of certificates of origin in the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

• Formation of analytical references for Wholesale Department

• Assistance to Wholesale Department staff

• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

• Co-operation with staff members from other departments such as purchasing, marketing, research/design to optimize sales

• Education or Working experience in the field of Logistics is a must

• Fluent English (spoken and written); Fluent Russian (spoken and written)

• Advanced Microsoft Office User

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Well-developed analytic skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A team player with a high level of dedication, positive, creative thinking

• Previous sales and marketing experience is appreciated

• B category driving license is a must

• ERP system and assortment training will be provided by Tatkraft
