Job Description
- Manage full recruitment process: from creation of job descriptions to onboarding of new hires
- Be in charge of HR Admin issues and procedures
- Operate as a trusted recruitment advisor to the management team, supporting and coaching the managers as required
- Identify key talent within the business, and develop career paths and succession plans
- Ensure regular staff events take place
- Liaison with the wider international HR team
- Prepare office and HR budgets
- Work as a team with other international offices
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Spanish is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources or related fields
- Confident, outgoing, diligent and hardworking personality with meticulous attention to detail
- An organised self-starter who can keep all the balls in the air whilst under pressure
- Ability to understand the need for change and adapt to change
- Good communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate needs both verbally and in written form
- Ability to work in ambiguous circumstances
- Previous experience in a similar role will be a plus
- Flexible to travel for work
