Russian Language Customer Account Advisors

bet365, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, is seeking Russian Language Customer Account Advisors to support our expanding international customer base. The positions are available at our offices based in Staffordshire, England.

The role of a Russian Language Customer Account Advisor entails dealing with Russian speaking customers over different communication channels such as telephone, Live Chat and email. In addition, you will be required to complete internal tasks to assist us in providing the highest standard of customer service.

The ideal candidates will be fluent in Russian with an excellent standard of English. In addition, interpersonal skills and a customer focused approach are prerequisites. Candidates should be prepared for weekend work to cover the busy sporting calendar with any 5 days from 7 worked. Although a keen interest in sport would be a benefit, all relevant training will be provided.
