The course will deal with both World and Russian literature, so the candidate teacher is expected to have wide knowledge of Russian philology as well as World and Russian literature. In addition, the appointed teacher will also teach Russian language ab initio (for beginners). The course will focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, also the candidate teacher should be able to produce a syllabus suitable for beginners.
Applications are welcome from experienced candidates. A relevant and recognised qualification and a minimum of two years direct experience in school education is required. IB experience is an advantage. The teaching language in “Russian" will be Russian, but proficiency in English is mandatory.
