Risk Systems Analyst

• Create and model rules and event solutions using various modeling tools and standards like the decision model.
• Gather requirements from business units and create various decision models and rule book artefacts.
• Work with the IT Development team to create test cases and test sheets for automated testing.
• Support the development and implementation of models, scorecards, and strategies through software change in the management of creditrisk.
• Support the provision of analysis and insight into customer behavior and credit performance in order to shape value-creating credit strategies.
• Seek constant improvement in decision modeling tools, practices, and solutions.

• Familiarity with Rules Engines authoring tools for IBM ODM, Blaze Advisor, Corticon, Pega, drools, Sapien PLUS.
• Understanding and demonstrable application of the basic principles of credit scoring.
• Knowledge and practical experience of the tools available to support the management of credit risk.
• High-level ability to interpret complex performance data; identify and deliver priority actions; evaluate the impact and risks of change.
• Working experience with SAS (Statistical Analytics System) would be desired.
• Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential).
