Risk & Data Integrity Operator / Administrator

Key tasks
1) KYC Process
 Administer the KYC process
 Oversee compliance with KYC requirements
 Input of relevant KYC data into the CRM
 Continuous development of process and input form used / improvement in close coordination with stakeholders involved

2) Lead Table
 Administer the in-house customer lead table
 Making sure, that every customer has a dedicated trader assigned
 Ensuring that lead information are being correctly stored in the CRM

3) Credit Risk
 Creation of Credit Review or Credit Analysis folders (providing current credit reports; update or create a decision file for decisions made on Risk Manager and Credit Committee level)
 Fulfilling traders request for credit reports (download and forward)
 Administer the limit supervision file, and update after a credit decision has been filed for an approved company.
 Preparing the names overview within the supervision file for the accounting department
 Input of Ad Hoc Decisions into the limit supervision
 Remind traders that within 5 business days a credit application has to be handed in for the company an AD Hoc had been filed.
 Provide traders with limit overview information
 Track Covenants when establishing a review file and alerting traders that information has to be gathered

4) Data Integrity
 Making sure, that the customer relevant data is correctly reflected in the CRM (legal address etc.) which is closely to be seen with KYC-processes.
 Input of credit risk decision as well as Ad Hoc Decision into the CRM system to activate clients
 Making sure that all subsidiaries are correctly linked to the parent company so to reflect the correct company name in the commercial list
 Establishing all subsidiaries in the CRM System with legal address etc. (can be up to 120 companies)
