CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Main responsibilities:
• Search for new clients and maintain relations with existing ones;
• Create and maintain customer database, organize the sale process;
• Perform other functions necessary to ensure effective sales process;
• Information gathering and analysis, preparation of sales reports
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Higher Education;
• 1 year of successful sales experience;
• Excellent Estonian language,
• Good English, Russian, Finland skills;
• Sales techniques and excellent understanding of their practical application;
• Good communication, planning and organization skills;
• Good negotiation skills and ability to represent the company;
• Independent, active, result-oriented;
• Good manners, impeccable appearance;
• Driving license.
