Revenue Manager

What you will be doing:

Maximize total hotel revenue by effectively administering revenue optimization techniques and analyzing revenue opportunities via different sources.

Key role in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Manage hotel pricing and analyze competitors pricing to ensure proper positioning of the hotel in a market.

Manage the team of hotel reservations department.

Your experience and skills include:

Solid experience as a Revenue Manager or similar position.

Outstanding analytical skills.

Experience with the Opera and IDeaS Revenue Performance Management System is a plus.

Advanced in Excel & savvy in MS Office applications.

Ability to manage effectively multiple priorities and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.

Estonian and English written and verbal communication skills on high professional level.
