Revenue Assurance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Assurance Analyst. Join our Commerce Team where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the revenue assurance function. This is a hands-on role where you will be extracting data, identifying risks and coming up with remediation plans.

What you'll be doing:

• Work independently and together with the Commerce and Finance Team to identify and report revenue leakages and fraud risks 
• Identify areas of operational efficiency and process improvement across the company
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders about findings and action plans
• Evaluate new products and markets and provide input on how to manage risk
• Deal with escalations from the city teams and senior leadership
• Drive Revenue Assurance automation and model implementation together with Engineering teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of revenue assurance, fraud, or finance related experience in e-commerce
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and superb work ethic
• Self-motivated and also a strong team player
• Ability to prioritize incoming request and make decisions based on fuzzy data
