- Managing sales and marketing programs for selected retail accounts.
- Manage local budget.
- Manage and plan sell thru driven activities.
- Together with Sales Manager Retail plan the business.
- Measure and report on activities and campaign results.
- Reporting to Country Manager in Lithuania.
- Coordinate with the Team to make sure the region meets its requirements.
- Good communication and commercial skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written Estonian (Russian);
- Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person .
- Good presentation skills, both verbally and written.
- Sales and target focused.
- Willingness to travel.
- Extensive work experience within the area of Account Management.
The basic salary 1500 EUR (after taxes) and bonuses which depend on sales results can be 500-3000EUR;
