Restaurant Hostess

-Booking process, Dinner Booking and other booking channels by phone

-Be proactive to sell tables and in managing waiting list

-Work together with administration on related bookings and daily task related to you job as Hostess

-Assist the customers on arrival, welcome them

-Help the Front of house team whe possible

-Print Menus and cut them to create thank you cards, print reservations and provide the relevant information of every guest to the kitchen and Management -Research

-Provide relevant information and be a link between customers and Managment

-Shedule Wednesday until Saturday from 15:00 only in evening shif

-Proactive

-Very well organize 

-Managing DinnerBooking and similar booking programCustomer care

-Fluent in Estonian and English is esential 

-Uniform, dry clen

-Transportation at night 

-Meals on duty
