What you will be doing:
Managing day to day running of the Reservations agents;
Assisting the Revenue Manager with providing analytical hotel data for best business decisions;
Receiving reservations and entering to the system as per company standard;
Providing information to callers and make offers to guests upon requests;
Ensure all special requests are recorded and all bookings are updated in the system.
Your experience and skills include:
At least 1 year relevant or similar work experience in a in a hospitality or tourism;
Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and verbal);
Good computer skills (working experience with OPERA is an advantage);
Highly responsible, initiative and reliable with excellent attention to detail;
Positive attitude with team player spirit.
