Areas of responsibility:
To comply with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment.
To identify and report all maintenance requirements, hazards in the workplace and follow through with Chief Engineer to ensure zero defects
To positively promote sales awarness within the department and maximize sales opportunities
Management experience from hotel, preferably in reservations, sales.
Working knowledge with Fidelio program
Qualification in hotel management
