Repair and maintenance manager

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER. What you should know: • You will be working in the country management team of an international rental equipment Company. • We will entrust you to Storent group technical park which is situated in 5 rental depots. • You will be working in a dynamic, development focused working environment. • You will have an opportunity to develop and implement changes and ideas. Your role: • Taking charge of effective maintenance (duly and economically reasoned) of the technical park. • Taking care of fast and best level customer service in the field of technical support. • Managing and monitoring the work of technical department. • Selecting collaborative partners and organizing the technical procurement. • Supporting technical competence of the team.

Required qualifications and skills: • Technical education suitable for the position. • At least 5 years experience in similar position in an international (preferably industrial) company. • Strategic, analytic and technical understanding. • Belief that results are based on a teamwork. • Excellent command of Estonian, good of Russian and English.
