Job Description

As Regulatory Engagement Manager, the purpose of your job is to ensure rapid, consistent, efficient and effective communication of British American Tobacco’s Regulatory strategies through the provision of all necessary advocacy materials and coordination of stakeholder engagement in the Baltic markets in line with corporate engagement approach. You strive to maintain ongoing effectiveness of regulatory engagement efforts and strict adherence to governance rules. You are also accountable for stakeholder relations at the country levels. Your responsibility extends to ensuring ongoing coordination between British American Tobacco´s Representation Brussels and Regional and/or Global initiatives and projects. You will be working closely with Area Managers of 3 Baltic countries and report to the Head of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements

We expect you to have a degree and work experience related to leading and coordinating projects. You need to have good understanding of both business and the political environment and be able to manage the creation and execution of strategies related to complex regulatory, product, excise and responsibility issues. To succeed in this position you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as drive and commitment. You must be fluent in English and in at least one of Baltic languages, Russian in spoken level is an advantage.
