Regional Sales Performance Analyst

Job Description

Your main responsibilities:
• Effective and timely handling of enquiries from super users
• Provision of general administrative support on the platform
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of G4S Way of Selling
• Provide and manage design, development and implementation of complex sales analyses and comparative reports
• Participate in reviews and testing of SFDC functionality development, sales processes and incentive programs
• Coordinate and conduct training associated with Sales Analytics dashboards, reports, and or sales technologies to all sales and service line stakeholders
• Provide support during implementation of sales and marketing operational excellence programs, harmonizing tools, models and activity metrics

Requirements

Your skills and experience:
• Salesforce, Einstein Analytics (or similar CRM systems) user experience
• Comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and processes
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar position of a multinational Corporation
• Experience or qualification that reflects a high level of Google Sheet and/or Microsoft Excel expertise
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
