Regional Marketing Manager (Antalis)

Antalis is looking for a REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER in the region of Baltics & Finland.

For this role we are seeking for a driven and project management oriented Regional Marketing Manager able to build a strong Regional and Country Marketing Plan in alignment with the Group Marketing Strategy, Regional Product Management and Country sales objectives, and increase Antalis brand awareness in the Baltics and Finland. You are expected to generate client demand through a dynamic execution of the marketing plan with the support of local marketing teams and lead the digital marketing transformation needed to increase our market reach. Locally You support Estonian Marketing Plan execution for key business sectors.

In order to succeed You have:

• higher education in marketing;
• at least 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a company with international background and daily international communication;
• experience in leading a team and very good management skills;
• ability to deal with both strategic goals and operational tasks;
• good knowledge and practice in using digital marketing tools;
• very good project management skills and commercial drive;
• strong mindset for contemporary marketing trends and change;
• excellent English (main working language), ability to write copy in Estonian and preferably good communication level in Finnish.
