Overall management work for Ixonos Testhouse Estonia:

• Strategic planning and future planning for the company
  
• Financial control, as well as profitability planning and follow up
  
• Human resource management
  
• Local sales work
  
• Correspondence with other Ixonos sites and customers worldwide

Requirements

• Several years experience of management work
  
• Strong business knowledge of IT or software industry
  
• Technical or financial education (preferably M. Sc. in Telecom or Business) and interest in SW consultation business
  
• Good knowledge of local laws
  
• Good skills in oral and written English and Estonian
  
• Good oral skills in Russian
  
• You are an experienced leader with a strong vision of business control and strategic planning
  
• Your strong competence combined with your positive nature makes it easy for you to solve daily operational problems, motivate personnel to reach their limits and keep customers satisfied
