Open gate at major retail-chains, multinational hypers, key-accounts (KA)
Bargain the annual conditions with KA partners
Schedule actions, seasonal and regular promotions (catalogues, POS, product presentations)
Apply critical strategic thinking to find creative and pragmatic solutions advantageous for both parties
Setup of middle-term sales plan through KA partners, maintenance (analytics), implementation
Report to the local wholesale manager and to the international wholesale director
Create and suggest new wholesale development opportunities
Coordination with the local wholesale director and managers of other sales channels
Frequent consultation with local brand managers on all activities related to branded products
Strong basis of experience, knowledge of the wholesale and merchant market in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
Good, live contacts at hypermarkets, networking relationships at different KAs
Ability for creative task-execution, organization, accuracy, self-supported personality with good communication skills and work ethics
Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, persistency, patience.
Strong, mature personality, ability to make rational decisions
Computer (MS Office) and presentation skills (ability to talk infront of bigger audience)
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in English and native language.
Preferably at least 30 years of age
