Your key responsibilities for this role will be:
• conducting trainings to the whole store team for increasing sales
• maintaining Sinsay’ s brand image in line with the brand's concept
• implementation and coordination of guidelines for stores
• providing support for Regional Sales Managers in the area of product display during store visits
• supporting stores in terms of Visual Merchandising (VM)
• participation in the creation of videos and podcasts for stores
• close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers' teams and Sales Coordinators
Requirements
• experience in the field of VM in the retail industry
• experience in the field of training
• experience working in regional structures
• an active interest in fashion and current trends
• fluency in English
• willingness to take business trips
• excellent communication skills
• team work and time management skills
• a driver's license
