Abel Staff require a Recruitment Manager to be responsible for Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania and facilitate the recruitment process of interested candidates from these countries who who wish to come and work in the UK.
It is essential that you are located in or very close to Tallinn, where our Baltic Office is based.
You are required to have the following skills.
- Excellent Estonian language
- Excellent Russian language
- Excellent English language
- Excellent communication skills with all types and classes of people
- Excellent computer/IT skills and quick typing
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent management & organisation skills
- Impecable standards of work
- Car driving licence and use of a car, required for travel around Estonia
- Professional business appearance
- It would be prefable if you have direct current experience of recruiting staff and/or personnel skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Estonian recruitment processes and means of recruiting candidates
- Self motivated and results orientated
- Able to work well under pressure and still maintain quality
- You must be inovative and able to find solutions to problems
