Recruitment Coordinator

We want to change the world for the better but in order to do this we need to bring awesome people into Veriff… and this is where you come in! You’ll play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition team in everything from interview scheduling to process management to candidate experience initiatives and everything in between. This role is critical in enabling the talent team to be as effective as possible whilst also ensuring that people have a truly memorable experience of interviewing at Veriff. 

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Scheduling interviews for all areas of the business globally
• Partnering with Recruiters on ensuring our time to hire and time in process metrics are as efficient as possible. 
• Constantly champion the candidate experience, ensuring we take an empathetic approach to recruitment.
• Suggesting process improvements and be willing to help implement them.
• Contributing to wider talent acquisition initiatives
