Your day will consist of:
- Building relationships: regularly consulting clients and candidates, to ensure their recruitment needs are met
- Candidate engagement: screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability
- Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high quality professionals globally
- Research: Generating new business through business development
- Negotiating T&Cs, salary and consulting rates
- Hitting/surpassing targets to earn commission
