Recruiter

You will be responsible for screening CVs, conducting phone interviews, supporting hiring managers dur-ing interviews and doing active sourcing. Additionally you will be included in our employer branding projects and other projects inside our HR team. You will get to be a part of a team who is hiring all our Lidl Estonia office employees and supports the store employee recruitment.

• Higher education or last year student.
• At least 1 year experience in related field.
• Fluent Estonian, English and Russian skills.
• Very good communication skills, efficiency working in team as well as individually.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role.
• Mobility for business trips abroad.
