Real Estate Legal Counsel

You will provide high-quality expert and strategic legal advice in Bigbank AS and its group companies in matters related to real estate transactions, acquisitions, and mergers and real estate portfolio management.

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Extensive experience (3 years) working with real estate law and proven industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property portfolio management, and purchase and sale transactions (preferably in finance or in a law office).
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to drive decisions making to achieve end objectives in legal matters.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Working proficiency of Estonian and English.
