Job Description
The Quality Specialist in Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn is responsible for Management system related processes.
> Coordination and support of Integrated Management System implementation and control in the organization;
> Coordination and handling of documents and organizing document archiving;
> Support of continuous improvement process in the organization;
> Participating in internal audits as an auditor;
> Intranet administration;
> Handling of management system databases (audit-, standards-, and legislation database);
> Carry out internal trainings.

Requirements
> University degree that contributes to the achievement of professional goals;
> Has previous experience as quality specialist;
> Initiative and results orientated, has a strong personal drive and social skills;
> Ability to solve problems and handle routine tasks;
> Fluent in Estonian and English, Russian is beneficial;
> Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
> Experience and understanding of international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001) would be beneficial.
> Has previous experience as quality specialist;
