Quality & Process Engineer

• Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirement, researching, designing, modifying and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Assure product and process quality by designing methods, testing finished-product and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming manufacturing process.
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends.
• Work with customer, production team and others to lead new product introduction through all aspects of the project life cycle.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of new product manufacturing processes.
• Making samples of new products during prototyping or mass products during process changing.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow and equipment layout.
• Identify the suitability of materials.
• Provide manufacturing with information by answering questions and requests.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Develop and conduct product and process related trainings.
• Conduct audits, create audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse failures, determine corrective and preventive actions to respond to customer complaint.
• Participating in factory improvement projects.

• A bachelor’s technical degree or equivalent (or at least 2 years’ experience)
• Good English & Russian written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify complex problems and analyse related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions
