Job Description

Are you a fan of social media platforms? Do you have experience as a Quality Manager? Then this opportunity might be just the right one for you if you also have experience in content moderation.

  • Responsible for day to day operations and management of quality function within the program
  • Attending and actively participating in all client calls, reviews and project meetings
  • Ensuring adherence and compliance to all critical to quality input processes
  • Managing continuous improvement processes. Working with different stakeholders to ensure performance standards are consistently met.
  • Providing direction to the team on how to manage quality to meet or exceed Quality SLAs and Operational KPIs for the program
  • Leading people development initiatives for all levels and ensure implementation of standard practices
  • Leading and managing process improvement projects as identified through quality monitoring or as per guidance from client.

Requirements

  • Experience managing Quality team for large operations preferably in contact center environment
  • Extensive knowledge of statistical process control tools
  • Must have theoretical and practical understanding of COPC and Six Sigma practices
  • Should have awareness and knowledge of data and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Must have strong ability to manage teams in a matrix organization environment.
  • Must have strong understanding of social media platforms, content moderation and or digital content management work streams.
