Fineltec Oy is offering contract manufacturer services of electronics and cable harnesses in the market areas of automotive, process, mechanics and electronics Industry.
We are now looking Quality Manager to work in our Tallinn office and our plant in Koeru.
This person is responsible of all functions related to our corporate quality system to ensure the integrity of our quality control and test programs by maintaining continuous production consistent with established standards.
Quality Manager Role Overview:
- Establish, implement and administer quality guidelines and procedures for electronic and cable harnesses manufacturing operations
- Work as a member of a team to analyze problems, determine root cause, implement solutions and prevent reocurrence
- Define the quality policy, plans and objectives
- Monitor performance against goals
- Present our quality system and metrics to both prospective and current customers
- Manage the registration and audit processes for all quality registrations including ISO-9001f

Requirements
- Must possess current working knowledge of ISO-9000 systems and standards
- Knowledge of electronics and cable harness manufacturing industry including mechanical assembly processes
- Ability to communicate professionally in Estonian and English language
