Responsible for determining the quality of software applications, in a high availability real time environment whilst coaching and developing the QA team;
Modifying and re-evaluating the decisions appropriately if any new information is presented;
Responsible for managing a small group of specialists by assigning work tasks to the group members and acting as senior specialist within the group by helping, guiding and training the members of group;
Planning the work according to the priority list and resource availability;
Agreeing on the priority assignment policy and the decision making authorities with higher management;
Assigning the tasks to the group members in accordance with the available resources and the opinions and skills of the employees;
Acquiring confirmations from higher management for establishing the milestones and reporting procedures.
Results driven people manager with at least 3 years of experience in testing or QA;
Technical skills (Windows, scripting, TCP/IP, system level understanding);
Familiar with PL/SQL, Linux;
Knowledge with QA methodologies and product lifecycle;
Experience in working under pressure;
Good communication skills;
Good English (both oral and written).
