QUALITY AND OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for organisational, administrative and coordinative tasks related to coordination of trainings for HR factory and its clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
Setting up workflows in the internal tool and sharing tasks to the Managed Training Service Team to organise trainings/events
Guaranteeing and controlling the quality of processes of training coordination
Communicating with third party vendors to organise trainings and managing invoices
Readiness to provide onsite service at trainings abroad
Stand-in for Program Managers, which includes being direct contact for the client
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
Pro-active working style and self-initiative
Speediness, sharpness and correctness
Very good knowledge of German and English both written and verbal
Good knowledge in MS Office products (especially MS Outlook) as well as the internet
