QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

You will play an essential role in product quality, developing processes and implementing programs to ensure World Class global customer satisfaction, organisation capabilities and Health, Safety and Environment culture. You will be part of the factory management team.

You have solid experience working in electronics industry, understand the meaning of high quality both from the manufacturing process and customer satisfaction perspectives and corresponding education to support your development.

You hold yourself accountable for all your actions, you are independent and goal oriented. Root cause analyses as well as quality testing methods are familiar to you, and you have a proactive and hands-on approach in work. LEAN is more to you than just a word. Clear communication skills in English, Russian and Estonian are needed. Technical background is preferable and will help being successful in your work.
