Job Description

The purpose of the role is to ensure timely placement and delivery of purchase orders and management of safety stocks as per valid customer forecasts and orders. Organize and control inbound transport and logistics processes from suppliers to company warehouse.

 

  • Ensure high quality and timely realization of purchase orders
  • Manage inbound logistics related to purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries and manage customs procedures for incoming products
  • Manage the services required on the product, such as treatments, external operations, certificates, etc.
  • Manage day to day relations with suppliers, transport companies and other departments of the company
  • Ensure proper and up-to-date product and logistic data in the system
  • Support management with reports and analysis
  • Perform proactive work to counteract future delays
  • Responsible for meeting the company's goals in terms of savings, inventory levels

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to solve problems fast and professional
  • Advanced English skills
  • PC literate, advanced Excel
  • Ability to present facts in clear manner and suggest solutions
