Project / Quality Manager

We are looking for a Project/Quality Manager with extensive experience to manage clients and inhouse projects. This includes planning of resources and everyday workflow, overlooking all finished tasks and managing testing.
Work is organized and planned using Atlassian JIRA (Incl. Tempo, Agile). We welcome you to upgrade the project management process in general.

The perfect candidate for Project/Quality Manager position has at least four years of experience in IT industry and holds previous project/quality management experience.

• Capable to lead a team working on business critical complex project as a leader
• High motivation and ability to operate effectively without close supervision
• Business minded, structured and results oriented
• Fluent written and verbal Estonian and English
• Technical understanding and knowledge of e-commerce and modern IT infrastructure
• Very good communication skills
• Very good understanding of the importance of testing
• People management skills
• Good time management skills

Good to have:
• Experience with Magento
• Experience with JIRA
• Education in project/quality management
• Any kind of technical (coding, sysadmin etc) skills
