Project Officer

The Project Officer works to implement planning methodologies & processes, for all project aspects - Content, Timeline & Planning, Budget and Quality. The
PO activities will include close monitoring and training for all projects’ work activities as well as tracking the performance for the different Business Units in
Playtech. The PO oversees and aggregates all Business Units´ information, based on project views and ongoing service activities for the Project
Management Office (PMO) unit and for Playtech management for control purposes.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Enterprise PMO through a variety of PMO activities
- Guide & support building a high-level work plan for the different business units
- Support PMO implementing management processes
- Building detailed work plan templates for the PM’s use
- Coaching and training the PMs/Managers in using ProChain & MS Project software
- Serving as an information center for tools, such as MS Excel and MS Project, as well as for the account information related to the timeline, documents,
deliverables and budgets
- Supporting budget management activities and issue variance reporting
- Consolidate and evaluate projects status
- Plan corrective action as needed
- Prepare status report for management
- Update and improve dashboards processes & views

- Experienced and skilled in project management TOC
- 5+ years of relevant work experienceplanning methodology
- Higher education in the field of IT / Industrial Engineering & Management
- Knowledge of tools and processes, such as ProChain (advantage) & MS Project and Resource Management tools
- Experienced and skilled in MS Excel & MS Project
- Experience in Programme Management is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM Technologies is an advantage
- Ability to set new and efficient processes
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in an international environment and remotely
- Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits
- Strong ability to influence and motivate employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, self-motivation
- Very good written and spoken English
