Your tasks:

• Management of translation, localization and DTP project schedules and requirements across internal and external resources.
• Planning and monitoring of projects to meet deadlines, quality, budget und technical requirements.
• Preparation and maintenance of projects data.
• Continuous monitoring of customer experience.
• Determination of complete project specifications and instructions including terminology, TMs and style guides.
• Improvement of workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent written and spoken GERMAN and English.
• Other languages would be beneficial.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen and learning attitude.
• Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• No previous project management experience required but would be beneficial.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team.
