Zenflower is a fast-growing startup with support from Tehnopol Startup Incubator. 

We are winners for FundWise crowdfunding campaign at Prototron.

Our mission is to create a software service for companies and busy people to order and deliver flowers at the right time. 

We are looking for a person to join our team.

Initially it will be part-time job with about 4 hours per day.

Flexible hours on demand will be required. 

Your job will be:

•     Working with florists, delivery services and do communication with clients.
•     Working with IT team to provide feedback and suggestions.
•     Social media account support, getting feedback from customers.

Skills needed:

•     Great communication skills and ability to manage own time effectively.
•     Knowledge of languages both verbal and written: English and Estonian are required, Russian would be good.
•     Fluent usage of smart devices, internet surfing, and social networks. 
•     Ability to foresee potential issues and ability to find solutions.
•     Ability to pick up phone and drive task to completion.
•     Ability to find information quickly.
•     Ability to coordinate several delivery processes in parallel.
•     Knowing basic types of flowers or florist experience in the past is a bonus.

    The workload at the beginning around 4 hours per day, however, we do not count hours we measure actual tasks done.

    The company is located in Narva, but there is also an office place in Tallinn.

    It is also possible to work from home if that's convenient for you. 

    Salary, bonuses, and options will be negotiated with the candidate.
