Project Manager

Job Description
Stoneridge is looking for talented project manager to the product design and development department who’s responsibility is to manage maintenance and development projects of products and processes:
• Define project organisation
• Plan and follow up the project activities and targets
• Report project status
• Develop and maintain customer relations
• Evaluate and improve tools to control target fulfilment on lead time, cost and quality assurance in projects
• Participate in evaluation and improvement of work methods, routines and tools
• Participate in creating the Long Range Business Plan and overall product development strategies
• Deliver input to the line organisation regarding overall competence needs for engineering personnel

Requirements for Candidate:
• Has an University degree in Engineering
• Has knowledge and experience in Project Management and Development
• Is fluent in English and Estonian
• Is customer orientated and has good communication skills
• Is independent, organized and has initiative to lead improvements
• Is able to engage people and make them to perform at their best
• Has good leadership skills
• Is willing to travel internationally
