Management and effective implementation of local and international product development and software development projects

Structured description of software business processes, analysis, understanding of critical success factors and preparation of initial tasks

Coordination of activities related to ongoing projects and implementation of progressInvolvement of the necessary resources for projects, including negotiations with clients and partners, reaching effective agreements

Creating a work plan and planning a sprint, organizing testing

Development team management, work coordination

Previous at least 3 years of successful experience in product and/or software development as a project manager
Ability to read and compile software project documentation
 Good analytical skills, ability to see details as well as the big picture 
A very good communicator who can work both alone and in a team
Ability to carry out projects from start to finish
Reliability, correctness, independence
Fluent Estonian and English in speech and writing, including courage to speak in front of the people
Higher education in economics or IT Experience using Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) software
