Job Description

  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Identifying opportunities and implementing actions to achieve efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Duties may require extended work hours or traveling to customers’ sites
  •  

Requirements

  • Higher education in the field of project management, engineering, manufacturing or similar
  • Experience in the field of project management
  • Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
  • Language skills: English (Estonian and Russian is a plus)
  • Organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP etc) is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
