• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in business studies
• Good communication skills, strong ability to influence people and create trust and credibility
• Good understanding of customer needs
• Ability to work in changing and challenging situations
• Readiness to learn and understand technical requirements of the projects and customers
• Excellent Estonian and English language
