PROJECT MANAGER for software development

We have developed ourselves a solid and practical Human Resource Management Software. We would like to separate software development from our main business and create a separate business unit, new brand etc. Product itself is 95 % ready and in use. We are looking for a selfdriven person to run the product development as we want to keep building, improving it!

You will:

• Lead the vision and strategy, development and launch of innovative products
• Manage our developers
• Manage priorities efficiently, outline milestones and deliverable, and identify opportunities and risks
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
• Help to develop user manuals, marketing materials
• Be a good mentor for your team

• Master in using Jira
• Capable of proper daily/weekly/monthly planning
• Ultimate attention to details
• Experience in software development
• Quick learning capabilities, strong analytical skills
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Very good English, written and spoken
• Capable of using all common development tools like: Postman, Sentry, Figma, Zeplin, Bitbucket, AWS
