PROJECT MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)

In a fast changing business environment, you are responsible for leading and tracking ongoing projects in your scope (New Production Introduction, Product Transfer, other).

This job is exactly for you, if you like following tasks:
• defining of the scope and scheduling of project;
• managing the information flow;
• risk management to minimize project risks and put under control the main points;
• build the finance overview of the project and develop and monitor actions;
• reporting – create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

You are an éolane person, if you:
• are flexible, proactive and experienced in project leadership;
• are technical and analytical minded person;
• you are interested in electronics;
• adjust style and language of message to meet needs of audience;
• have excellent organizing skills;
• have Master’s or bachelor’s degree in fields of, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing;
• have understanding of quality principles, production organization and project building;
• are proficient in English, Estonian and/or Russian languages are an advantage;
• have understanding of the product pricing, contracts, contract negotiations;
• knowledge of the manufacturing of electronics boards is an advantage;
• knowledge of Automotive Industry standards is an advantage.
