Project Engineer (Draftsman)

We are seeking a Project Engineer (Draftsman) to join our team and support us in producing various technical drawings related to ship outfitting.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical interest, familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD tools, and a willingness to grow professionally. While prior experience in ship design or interiors is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing detailed drawings for ship outfitting;
• Compiling technical specifications for procurement and installation;
• Calculating material needs based on site visits and technical drawings;
• Reviewing and verifying supplier-provided technical data;
• Participating in design reviews and making necessary adjustments;
• Contributing to technical problem-solving within projects;
• Communicating effectively with clients and internal project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills;
• Eagerness to learn and adapt;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with 3D CAD software is an advantage;
• Strong technical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
• Interest in large vessels and marine engineering;
• Willingness to travel for work assignments.
