Project Buyer

We are looking for a team member with „can do“ attitude to our Supply Chain team. Project Buyer’s responsibility is to act as a strategic partner to the Business Development department

• Be responsible for providing timely and accurate BOM Costing data within quoting and tendering process for new or excisting business
• Collect, analyze, interpret and compile data from customer data packages and transform it into structured BOM with required documents
• Execute BOM and cost optimization on a continuous basis by using best practices in Procurement and relevant technical knowledge
• Build sustainable relationships with existing and future partners and suppliers which includes contract negotiations
• Assess and develop the performance of suppliers for the agreed business scope and drive corrective actions

• Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or manufacturing
• Solid understanding of electronics, electro-mechanics and mechanics
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in EMS environment)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Procurement and CAD software is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems effectively
• Ability and adaptability to manage and organise priorities in a dynamic and international environment
• Proficient in English, Estonian. Any other language (Russian, French) is a plus
