Project Assistant

Norstat International is looking for an ambitious and motivated Project Assistant to lead a growing number of data collection projects. If you are not afraid of multitasking, are willing to learn, and can take responsibility – please apply.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain experience managing market research online panel:
  • Answering inquiries and providing support to panel members, which involves addressing panelists’ questions about online surveys and/or technical matters
  • Troubleshooting and reporting, meaning if the major issue is identified, you would need to pass the feedback to the relevant team member
  • You might be involved in the recruitment and onboarding of new panel members
• Develop and implement your ideas
• Face non-standard situations and challenges, and successfully finalize them with the help of colleagues
• Last but not least - enjoy time with your colleagues at the office in the city center

What we expect from you:

• A degree in business administration/sociology or related field. If you are a student – we are alright with that
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluency in verbal and written English, preferably also Estonian and/or Russian
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Ability to focus on details and notice connections
