Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

Having an up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and market trends in UC

Identifying customer needs and creating program strategies

Prioritizing projects within the program according to the program targets and logical sequences

Identifying and planning the resources necessary for carrying out development projects with the owner of the resource

Managing and conducting development projects properly, according to the project plan, set goals and process rules

Analyzing and evaluating the results of the program implementation, their compliance with the plans and objectives set

Requirements

To be successful in this job you need:

A university degree (M.Sc. or Bachelor’s) in IT, Telecommunication or Business

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of IT, telecommunication or product management

Proven experience in management of complex development projects as a project manager

Demonstrable experience of creating strategies and roadmaps for an organization or a product

Business-minded

Customer and result-oriented

Driven by innovation and leadership

Great with people, text and numbers

Deeply interested in IT and telecommunication

Fluent in English

Willing to travel
