Program Manager

Your key responsibilities include:
• Having an up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and market trends in UC
• Identifying customer needs and creating program strategies
• Prioritizing projects within the program according to the program targets and logical sequences
• Identifying and planning the resources necessary for carrying out development projects with the owner of the resource
• Managing and conducting development projects properly, according to the project plan, set goals and process rules
• Analyzing and evaluating the results of the program implementation, their compliance with the plans and objectives set

To be successful in this job you need:
• A university degree (M.Sc. or Bachelor’s) in IT, Telecommunication or Business
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of IT, telecommunication or product management
• Proven experience in management of complex development projects as a project manager
• Demonstrable experience of creating strategies and roadmaps for an organization or a product

Team membership on our challenging journey as Elion takes its UC strategy to the next level. You will have strategic responsibility for the formation of Elion's UC development program targets and agenda. You will have the opportunity to coordinate and drive the implementation of the program, and be responsible for the key metrics of the product such as adoption, revenue and customer NPS.
