PROGRAM MANAGER FOR GROUPWIDE FIELD MANAGEMENT TOOL CROPIO

As a Program Manager you will lead all activities related to the implementation of the Cropio tool in our Group as well as ensure the successfull use of the tool during and after the season. Vaklak OÜ has recently introduced Cropio as a new company wide field management tool. The system helps to facilitate remote monitoring of agricultural land and enables its users to efficiently plan and carry out agricultural operations. Cropio allows controlling daily and hourly work, machine performance and movement and thus helps to coordinate all Group’s field activities as well to increase our productivity. Cropio’s comprehensive functionalities and features help to gain better understanding for horticulture processes throughout the company and thus professionalize our business.

 

Your responsibilities:

After a comprehensive in-house training…

• you report to the CEO and Group Controlling,
• you support and train all the Cropio users in our group,
• you analyse the individual farm’s use of the system,
• you monitor the reports of Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and develop proposals for farms to improve their performance,
• you control the documentation of daily work activities,
• you generate reports and derive conclusions.

• You have agricultural/agronomist background (university, ongoing studies or vocational school),
• you feel yourself very comfortable in IT field,
• you have very good analytical skills,
• you have good communication and negotiation skills,
• you are very good in English (both spoken and in writing),
• you like to work in a team and to cooperate,
• you are accurate and reliable.
• Previous experience with the Cropio tool is an advantage but not required!

The office is located in Paide linn, Mäo küla, our farms are located in Järvamaa, Lääne-Virumaa and Jõgevamaa but partial home office is possible.
