PRODUCTION OPERATOR

As our production continues to grow, we are expanding our team and are looking for several Production Operators to join us. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive production team, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Production Operator, you will:

• Receive and handle incoming raw materials.
• Operate production equipment to form meat mixture using the extrusion process.
• Perform drying-related product handling.
• Sort, label, and prepare finished products for packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, including cleaning equipment at the end of the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• No previous production experience is required – full training will be provided.
• English and Russian language skills are required, Estonian is an advantage but not essential.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Able to work according to a flexible shift schedule, including weekends.

Full-time position.
Rotating shift schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday), including weekend shifts.
